Israel’s RealView Imaging 3D technology, featured on ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ brings science fiction to the actual operating rooms of tomorrow. It sounds like something out of a sci-fi thriller, but an Israeli holographic imaging system for the operating room is poised to revolutionize surgery in the near future. Though only in the clinical beta prototype stage, the world’s first 3D holographic display and interaction system for medical applications was already featured on the TV show Grey’s Anatomy and has been tested successfully by surgeons at Israel’s Schneider Children’s Medical Center in Petach Tikva. This proprietary digital technology from RealView Imaging in Yokneam projects hyper-realistic, dynamic 3D holographic images of body structures “floating in the air” without the need for special glasses or a conventional screen.
VocalZoom Systems’ breakthrough microphone could put an end to the main problem plaguing voice-recognition tech. Have you ever tried to “ask Siri” a question on your smartphone and received a ridiculous answer? Or been informed by “her,” or ‘him” that what you are saying doesn’t compute? Have you ever been in your car and tried to phone someone by using your voice instead of your fingers on the screen – and reached the wrong person? This has happened to many of us.
So everyone knows what Tinder is by now, and if you don’t – you’re clearly in a solid relationship and you can stop reading now. This new app is, like Tinder, based on your location but unlike Tinder, allows you to be clear on your intentions.
by Lodro Rinzler (Marie Claire) Intent is important. For example, if you’re hitting the bars with the girls, are you trying to have a memorable drunken night dancing? Ultimately hook up with a guy? Having a conscious intention on why you’re out and throwing back the vodka sodas will help steer you away from unconscious actions once those drinks kick in.

Adam Wylde has a new creepy sounding app for dating that’s actually not at all that creepy.
THE DEBRIEF: NEW DATING APP HEAVENLY SINFUL TAKES THE CONCEPT OF TINDER AND MAKES THINGS A LOT MORE STRAIGHTFORWARD…
MYFOXNY.COM – Technology has reduced how we get a date to swiping right for “yes” and left for “no.” But presumably once on that date you still need to charm your guest if you hope to see him or her again or if you’d like for the night to continue.
Posted Apr 14, 2014 by Jordan Crook (@jordanrcrook) Twin brothers, Henry and Harry, both have Tinder. Henry downloaded the app to find the future Mrs. Henry, while Harry is just looking for a one-night stand. But as a girl swiping through Tinder, you’d have no way of knowing the difference between the two guys’ intentions.
There are two kinds of people on Tinder: those who want to meet up for lots of gooey pelvis-bumping, and those who want to meet up for lots of gooey pelvis-bumping and maybe cuddle and get Chinese food afterward.
